Junior Engineer – Proposals  -  New, August 10th 2023

 Mechanical / Instrumentation Engineer with minimum 2~3 years working experience in the Oil and Gas related projects preferably in Metering Skids, piping and instrumentation design.

Ideal Candidate should possess the following.

*        Good commercial and communicational skills, both written and verbal English
*        Well versed with AutoCAD software 2D and able to prepare the drawings such as P&ID’s, GA, System Architecture etc
*        Ability to understand the Process Datasheets, customer specifications, mechanical drawings, electrical & instrumentation drawings and other specifications.
*        Capable of evaluating the specifications and transfer to internal disciplines and creating the RFQ Packs for the suppliers and manufacturers.
*        Able to thoroughly evaluate the supplier quotations in respect the client requirement and communicate with supplier to make it fully compliant. 
*        You will prepare a competitive technical and commercial quotation, Cost calculations and supporting tender documents based on international standards, common practices and client specifications.
*        Able to handle multiple proposals and manage the deadlines in organized way.
*        Reporting to Proposals Manager

Analyzer Engineer –  1st of May 2023
 
The Analyzer Design Engineer must be a Bachelor's Degree holder in Chemical / Mechanical Engineering / Instrumentation engineering or Metering related Disciplines, shall be responsible for the Design of analyzer infrastructure elements (e.g., sample systems, sample transport loops, shelters/racks, communication systems).
 
The candidate should be well versed in the use of statistical tools to assess analyzer performance and must able to perform analyzer engineering calculations (e.g., fast loop lag time, probe wake frequency, ventilation requirements, phase envelopes ) as well as create the Function Design Specifications, Cause & Effect, O&M manuals. He must have a working knowledge of design standards including ASME, ASTM, API etc.
 
The individual will have 3 years working experience related to petrochemical industry.
 
Knowledge in measurement principles for a variety of common process analyzers, key chemical processes and analyzer communication / transmission protocol and networking consideration for interface to Distributed Control Systems (DCS) & Safety Systems are necessary to be able to meet the job requirements.
 
Familiarity with field and online analyzer equipment from a variety of vendors (e.g. Siemens, Yokogawa, ABB, Emerson, E+H etc) as well as Industry standards, Country-specific regulations, and local codes are added advantages.
